Repairs are included in the monthly payment, and we allow FREE transfers to a different instrument. Sign-up is easy and we’ll be the most convenient back-to-school purchase you make this year! Prior to shipment, we inspect the ordered items thoroughly before sending the items. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. It is expected that delivery will take between 3 and seven days.
Returns
We don't control the inventory in our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that inventory could run out once your order has been placed.
The policy is 30 days. If the 30 days have elapsed after you bought your product, we are unable to give you a refund or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in the original packaging. It should also be in the original packaging.
